In between are small and large islands, picturesque bays, white sand and pebble beaches, old harbor towns, pine forests and mountains – this is sun and sea in perfection. This is Dalmatia.

There is also a wide variety of campsites in the country, ranging from small, family campsites to luxury resorts and naturist camping – both on the coast and inland. In this article, we present five very different places, from north to south along the Dalmatian coast. Are you traveling to Croatia for the first time? In this article you will find an overview of the most important information!

All pitches, regardless of whether you are traveling with a tent, van, caravan or motorhome, are equipped with an electricity connection. There is a grocery store, post office, ambulance, cash machine and numerous restaurants nearby. The campsite is also perfectly located for activities: Hiking in the surrounding area, fishing at one of the many fishing spots, excursions to Dubrovnik, Split or across the border to Bosnia and Herzegovina to Mostar or the Kravica waterfalls.

The pitches have electricity and a waste water connection, there are plenty of shady spots and a separate area for youth and group travelers.

Here you will find peace and relaxation as well as opportunities for an active vacation. Along the waterfront promenade of Orebić you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and numerous sights, such as the Maritime Museum. A little further away, around 12 kilometers from Orebić, the Nakovana Cave is well worth a visit.
