The EMUK Air-Lift lifting bag, presented at the Caravan Salon 2024, is a heavy-duty, wear-resistant, petrol, oil and acid-proof compressed air lifting bag, which was specially developed for motorhomes and caravans.
The German company EMUK (Edelstahl-Metall-Universal-Konfektion) specializes primarily in the manufacture of high-quality caravan and trailer mirrors. In addition to these special and universal mirrors, EMUK also offers various accessories for motorhomes, caravans and trailers. Products such as the EMUK Air-Lift air cushion are known for their high quality and durability and are used by camping enthusiasts and caravan drivers to increase safety and comfort when traveling.
The most important features of the EMUK lifting bag Air-Lift
All unevenness and height differences in the ground can be continuously leveled from 1.5 cm to 20 cm. The load capacity of the EMUK Air-Lift is 11 tons and beats all previous best values in comparison with conventional levelling wedges.
Handling is extremely effortless and convenient. The cushion is simply placed under the respective wheel to be lifted. Using a hand/foot pump or a 12 V mini compressor, the vehicle can be leveled in the tightest of manoeuvring spaces in around 4 minutes.
The EMUK Air-Lift is manufactured “Made in Germany” using the highest quality materials in the cleanest craftsmanship. Powder-coated lightweight aluminium strips stabilize the rubber pressure body, which is reinforced with high-strength aramid fibres.
A particularly thick rubber skin (sandwich construction) provides the air cushion with sufficient protection against external impact from stones, rubble or shards. The ribbed profile provides a non-slip grip for the wheels to be lifted.
