For over 70 years, the French manufacturer Sterckeman, a brand of the Trigano Group, has been delighting camping fans with their caravans. At this year’s Caravan Salon they will be presenting, among other things, the Sterckeman Easy 390 CP model, which offers space for up to four people in a very small space.
The unladen weight is 810 kg, the permissible total weight is 900 kg. The caravan measures 5.68 m including the drawbar and is 2.1 m wide on the outside and 1.94 m on the inside. There is also a standing height of 1.95 m. The interior design is simple and elegant, with a choice of two styles called Ottowa and Gatsby.
To the left of the entrance in the rear is the compact bathroom. This is equipped with an electric cassette toilet from Thetford, a folding sink and a shower tray. Above it, a small shelf provides space for storing hygiene items.
Next to it, also in the rear is placed the seating area. This can be converted into sleeping accommodation for up to two people thanks to the adjustable table. Above them are wall cabinets.
To the right of the entrance is the kitchen module. Here you will find a three-burner stove and a stainless steel sink, each with a glass cover, and an 85-liter refrigerator.
The bedroom is located in the bow of the caravan. Here you sleep on an area of 1.38 m x 1.9 m. Above them are wall cabinets, in addition, between the seating area and the bed is integrated closet for storing clothes.
Optionally, air conditioning and gas heating can be retrofitted. There are also four packages on offer. The Arctic package, which is only available in combination with the heater, includes a 12 V recirculation system and underfloor heating. The safety package includes an anti-roll clutch, a shock absorber and a spare wheel.
When choosing the Shower package, the fresh water tank is expanded from 12 l to 50 l and the wet cell is supplemented with a pull-out shower fitting and hot water. Lastly, there’s the Cosy package, which includes a premium mattress, LED reading lamp and screen door, as well as a panoramic skylight and service hatch.
In the basic version, the Easy 390 CP is available from a price of €16,490.
