Safari Chef 30
The Safari Chef 30, which we have also had on board for many years, is a compact all-rounder with almost endless grilling and cooking options. It is perfect for camping trips alone, as a couple or as a small family and also fits into small camping vehicles or tents.
With a diameter of 30 cm, this grill offers enough space to prepare meals for 2 to 3 people. Its versatility makes it an indispensable companion: it comes with a pan holder, a grill plate, a frying plate and a lid that can also be used as a pan or wok.
The well thought-out design also includes a grease drip tray, which also acts as a windbreak and protects the flame from going out. After use, the legs of the barbecue can be folded away and the appliance can be stowed away in the carrying bag supplied, which has a small packing size.
Carri Chef 40
The Carri Chef 40 is a significantly larger version with a grilling surface diameter of 40 cm. You can easily serve 4-6 people with it.
Its robust, high aluminum legs can be screwed on and off in no time at all. A special highlight is the leveling foot, which makes it possible to level the barbecue on uneven ground and thus create a stable, horizontal surface.
Thanks to the lid, the Carri Chef can also be used as an “oven”, with the integrated thermometer displaying the exact temperature. If the lid is not needed, it can be conveniently hooked onto the side, where it serves as a practical splash guard and windbreak.
A wide range of accessories is also available for the Carri Chef to make your cooking experience even more varied.
Citi Chef 40
The Citi Chef 40 has the same diameter as the Carri Chef, i.e. 40 cm, but is designed as a tabletop model and therefore has no legs. It has been my father’s favorite cooking station on the patio for years, but it is also great for camping thanks to its compact design and many practical accessories.
As with the Carri Chef and Safari Chef, the grease drip tray can be easily removed after use, making it easy to clean in the laundry room or kitchen.
Carri Chef 50
The Carri Chef 50 is the most convenient version among the camping barbecues from CADAC | Dometic. With a diameter of 50 cm, you have plenty of cooking space to cater for larger families or groups.
The integrated spice rack not only provides additional stability, but also creates practical storage space for barbecue tools and spices.
The Carri Chef 50 is available in different versions and can be customized with numerous optional accessories. This allows you to configure your grill according to your personal preferences and take your cooking skills to the next level.
2 Cook 3
If a single burner flame is not enough for your cooking requirements, the 2 Cook 3 camping stove is the ideal solution for you. Equipped with two independent burners, each with its own ignition and gas regulator, this stove offers maximum flexibility.
The deluxe version comes with two pan holders, a percolator holder for fresh coffee, a roasting and grill plate and compact wind protection panels that can be attached to the side. The latest version, the 2 Cook 3 Turbo, has two powerful turbo burners, which enable faster heating times and therefore more efficient cooking.
Another outstanding feature is the thermal safety device, which automatically interrupts the gas supply if the flame goes out unexpectedly. This increases safety and enables use both outdoors and inside a tent or caravan – ideal for cooking in bad weather. But beware: When cooking with gas indoors, despite all the safety features, please always ensure there is sufficient ventilation!
